64. Rights as against the institution
(1)The creation of a security right in a right to payment of funds credited to a deposit account does not affect the rights and obligations of the institution with which that deposit account is maintained without the consent of the institution, nor does it obligate the institution to provide any information about that deposit account to third parties.(2)Any rights of set-off that the institution may have are not affected by any security right that the institution may have in a right to payment of funds credited to a deposit account that it maintains.
