90. Inapplicability of this Act to actions commenced before its coming into force
(1)The prior law applies to a matter that is the subject of proceedings before a court or arbitral tribunal commenced before the coming into force of this Act.(2)If the enforcement of a prior security right commenced before the coming into force of this Act, the enforcement may continue under the prior law.
