16. Protection from personal liability
No matter or thing done by any member of the Board or by any officer, employee, agent or servant of the Authority or Tribunal shall, if the act or omission was done in good faith for the purpose of performing the functions of the Authority or Tribunal under this Act, render the person liable for any action, claim or demand.Source: Kenya Law
