31. Inspection of NIFC firms
The Authority may, in collaboration with the relevant regulatory authority, cause an inspection to be made by an authorized person, of an NIFC firm and its books and records to ascertain if the NIFC firm continues to meet the conditions of certification.Source: Kenya Law
