(1)The Judicial Service Commission may appoint such staff as are necessary for the performance of the functions of the Tribunal under this Act.(2)The staff appointed under subsection (1) shall serve on such terms and conditions as the Judicial Service Commission may, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission from time to time, determine.
