15. Removal of name from register
Where a medical practitioner, dentist or veterinary surgeon is convicted of an offence under this Act, he shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other written law, be liable, to have his name removed from the register of those licensed or registered to practise within Kenya as a medical practitioner, dentist or veterinary surgeon, as the case may be.Source: Kenya Law
