46. Arrangement regarding tracing, realization, etc., of property in a country outside Kenya
The Government of Kenya may enter into an arrangement with the Government of any other country and make provisions for the recovery and handing over of possession to the Government of Kenya, of any property in respect of which an order of forfeiture has been made under section 42 and which is in that country of for tracing and preserving any property in that country owned by or under the control of any person who has, or is suspected to have, committed any offence under this Act.Source: Kenya Law
