In this Part—"Centre" means a rehabilitation centre established under section 52;"Council" means the Advisory Council for the Rehabilitation of Narcotic Addicts appointed under section 56;"Fund" means the Rehabilitation Fund established under section 53;"Minister" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for health.Source: Kenya Law
