20. Secretary to the Commission
(1)There shall be a Secretary to the Commission who shall be appointed by the Commission upon such terms and conditions as the Commission may determine.(2)Subject to the general control of the Commission, the Secretary shall—(a)be responsible for the administration and day-to-day management of the affairs of the Commission and of the control of the other staff of the Commission; and(b)perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Commission.
