29. Expenses of witnesses
Every person summoned to attend and give evidence or produce books, plans or other documents at any sitting of the Commission shall be bound to obey the summons served upon him as if such summons were issued by the High Court, and shall be entitled to like expenses as a witness summoned to attend the High Court on a civil trial.Source: Kenya Law
