36. Power to hold investigation on a body within local limits
Whenever an investigation ought to be conducted on any dead body lying within the local limits of the jurisdiction of any Coroner, the Coroner shall conduct such investigation, whether or not the cause of death arose within that jurisdiction.Source: Kenya Law
