57. Funds of the Service

57. Funds of the Service
(1)The funds of the Service shall consist of—(a)monies allocated by Parliament for purposes of the Service;(b)such fees as may be charged in accordance with this Act or regulations made thereunder;(c)any grants, gifts, donations or other endowments given to the Service;(d)such funds as may vest in or accrue to the Service in the performance of its functions under this Act or under any other written law.(2)Any funds donated or lent to, or gift made to the Service shall be disclosed to the Cabinet Secretary and National Assembly and made public before use.
