19. Appointment of Corporation Secretary
(1)There shall be a Corporation Secretary who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine and who shall perform such duties as the Board may, from time to time, assign.(2)In the performance of his or her duties under this Act, the Corporation Secretary shall be responsible to the Director-General.
