47. Duty to protect information held by the Authority, County Committee or Centres
(1)The members of the Board, staff or agents of the Authority shall have a duty to safeguard the information held by the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of the Constitution and any other relevant law.(2)The provisions of subsection (1) shall with the necessary modifications apply to the County Committee and the Centres.
