30. Limitation of jurisdiction
The Commission shall not investigate—(a)a matter pending before any court or judicial tribunal;(c)a matter relating to relations between the State and any foreign state or international organization recognized as such under any international law;(d)anything in respect of which there is a right of appeal or other legal remedy unless, in the opinion of the Commission, it is not reasonable to expect that right of appeal or other legal remedy to be resorted to; or(e)any matter for the time being under investigation by any other person or Commission established under the Constitution or any other written law.
