10. Individual and collective responsibility of the Cabinet Secretaries
(1)Each Cabinet Secretary shall be responsible for the functions assigned to him or her by the President, the Constitution, this Act, or any other written law.(2)Collective responsibility of the Cabinet referred to under Article 153(2) of the Constitution means that all decisions of the Cabinet are binding on all Cabinet Secretaries.
