29. Notification of the resolution

(1)The Clerk shall notify the Cabinet Secretary of the resolution of the National Assembly within seven days of the resolution.

(2)Where the National Assembly approves an Investment Policy with reservations or proposed amendments, the notice shall state the proposed amendments or reservations made by the National Assembly.
