21. Reports of the Board
(1)The Board shall prepare quarterly and annual financial and non-financial reports in a format prescribed by the Public Sector Accounting Standards Board and submit the same to the National Treasury and the Auditor General.(2)The Board shall continuously and on a regular basis monitor and report on its performance and on the performance of the operators on a quarterly basis, with a summary of performance reported through annual report of the Board on the basis of a clear outcome-based performance framework based on the policy developed by the national government.
