23. Exemption
Despite any other provision of this Act, the provisions of any written law relating to the regulation of public lotteries for charitable purposes, lotteries for charitable, sporting and other purposes and lotteries incidental to entertainment shall not apply to the National Lottery.Source: Kenya Law
