52. Offence of misappropriation and penalty
A person who misappropriates any of the funds or, assets of the Fund, or assists or causes any person to misappropriate or apply funds, otherwise than in the manner provided in this Act, commits an offence and shall upon conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten million shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, or to both.Source: Kenya Law
