24. Reports

The Central Bank shall prepare and submit to the Cabinet Secretary —

(a)such reports as the Cabinet Secretary may require; and

(b)such periodic reports, and at such intervals, as it considers appropriate,

on the operations of every designated payment system or designated payment instrument.[Act No. 19 of 2015, s. 169.]
