82. Representation of police officers
Police officers may form Service welfare associations, and such associations shall be recognized by the Inspector-General, the Commission and the Cabinet Secretary as appropriate associations for consultation in respect of any matter specified in section 83 and any other matter concerning police officers.[Act No. 11 of 2014, s. 34.]Source: Kenya Law
