84. Recognized associations to make rules
(1)Every recognized police association shall make rules providing for the administration of the association and for carrying out the objects of the association.(2)The rules made under subsection (1) shall contain provisions in respect of matters prescribed in the Seventh Schedule.(3)A copy or the rules and any amendment thereto shall be issued to each officer who is a member of the association on demand and on payment of the prescribed fee.(4)Subject to the Societies Act (Cap. 108) the rules of an association, including any amendments, shall be filed with the Registrar-General and shall unless a future date is specified therein, have effect from the date or filing.
