7. Oath of office
(1)The Chairperson, the members and the Secretary shall each make and subscribe to the oath or affirmation set out in the First Schedule before the Chief Justice.(2)The members of the Commission shall at their first meeting elect a vice-chairperson from among the members referred to in section 5(4).
