30. Preparation of valuation rolls and supplementary valuation rolls
(1)A county government shall cause preparation of a valuation roll to be undertaken in every five years on the rateable properties within the county.(2)The county government may extend the life of the valuation roll and supplementary roll for a period not exceeding two years subject to approval by the County Assembly.
