44. Quorum
(1)For the purposes of hearing and determination of any matter under this Act, three members shall constitute a quorum and shall where the Chairperson is absent, nominate one of their number for purpose of transaction of the business of that meeting, and the member so elected shall for purposes of that meeting have all the powers of the Chairperson.(2)The decision of the Tribunal shall be according to the opinion of the majority.
