25. Termination of a member’s account
(1)Subject to subsection (2), the account of a member established under section 24, shall be deemed closed when, and shall not be closed until—(a)all the moneys due from that account have been paid out of that account in accordance with this Act;(b)the member has ceased to be a member of the Fund; and(c)no claim by or on behalf of that member to any benefit is pending determination.(2)The membership of a member of the Fund shall cease, and his registration shall be cancelled, upon the payment to him of an emigration benefit.(3)Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (2), a person who has ceased to be a member by reason of the payment of an emigration benefit under subsection (2) shall be liable to compulsory or voluntary registration as a member of the Fund if at any time he becomes so liable or eligible in accordance with this Act.
