28. Payments into and out of the Provident Fund
(1)There shall be paid into the Provident Fund monies specified under subsections (1) and (2) of section 23.(2)The Board shall pay out of the Provident Fund, such monies as it shall determine, to persons who do not qualify to be paid benefits from the Pension Fund and the payment shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part V.
