57. Offences by body of persons
If a body of persons commits an offence under this Act—(a)where the body of persons is a body corporate, every director and officer of that body corporate involved in the commission of the offence shall also be deemed to be liable for that offence; and(b)where the body of persons is a firm, every partner of that firm shall also be deemed to be liable for that offence.
