12. Committees of the Board
(1)The Board may establish such committees as it may consider necessary for the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act.(2)The Board may co-opt any person to sit on any committee established under subsection (1), whose knowledge and skills are found necessary for the performance of the functions of the Board.
