22. Functions of the county transport and safety committee
Each county transport and safety committee shall be under the direction and supervision of the Authority and shall—(a)oversee the management and regulation of the road transport system by the Authority at the county level;(b)prepare and submit to the Authority such audit reports as the Authority may require on the safety, reliability and efficiency of the road transport system within the county;(c)advise the Authority on matters affecting the road transport system within the county; and(d)perform such other functions as may be assigned to it by the Authority.
