45. Funds of the Authority

45. Funds of the Authority
The funds of the Authority shall comprise of—(a)such moneys as may accrue to, or vest in the Authority in the course of the exercise of its powers or the performance of it functions under this Act;(b)such moneys as may be payable to the Authority pursuant to this Act or any other written law;(c)such gifts as may be donated to the Authority;(d)such money as may be appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Authority; and(e)money from any other source granted, donated, or lent to the Authority.
