24. Transitional Provisions
(1)Each transport network company and transport network vehicle that was in operation before the commencement of these Regulations shall continue to operate for a period of ninety days within which they shall be required to acquire the necessary licenses provided for under these Regulations.(2)A person who fails to apply for a new license under these Regulations within the prescribed period shall cease to operate the licensed activity.
