29. Pension Scheme and other schemes

(1)The Council, in consultation with the National Treasury, shall establish a pension scheme for the members of the Service.

(2)Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the Director-General, may with the approval of the Council, establish such other schemes as may be considered to be necessary.
