54. Accounts and audit
(1)The books and records of accounts of the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the Service shall be kept and maintained in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A).(2)The accounts of the Service shall be audited and reported in accordance with the provisions of Articles 226 and 229 of the Constitution and the Public Audit Act (Cap. 412B).
