26. Right of review of a decision
(1)A person aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under this Part shall have the right to apply to the Authority for a review of the decision.(2)An application for review under subsection (1) shall be filed with the Authority within thirty days of communication of the decision and shall state the factual, legal and procedural ground on which it is based.(3)The Authority shall within sixty days of receipt of an application for review, make a finding and communicate the same to the authorized person.(4)An application for review under this section shall not have the effect of suspending the decision by the Authority.(5)Nothing under this section stops an applicant from seeking alternative means of redress in a court of law.
