17. Registration of nutritionists and dieticians

17. Registration of nutritionists and dieticians

(1)A person eligible to be registered as a nutritionist or dietician shall apply in the prescribed form to the Chief Executive Officer, and the application shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(2)Where a person has complied with the provisions of section 16 and has been accepted by the Council as being eligible for registration, such person shall be registered.[Act No. 5 of 2019, Sch.]
