38. Regulations
The Institute may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations generally for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make regulations for—(a)the form and method of keeping the registers and records under this Act;(b)the conditions of admission to the registers and of the issue of licences;(c)the manner in which the training of the persons for whom provision is made in this Act is regulated;(d)the subject matter of training courses and examinations to be conducted by the Institute;(e)the conditions for admission for entry into training courses and examinations to be conducted by the Institute;(f)the standards and conditions of professional practice of persons registered or licensed under this Act;(g)the fees payable in respect of examinations registration, issue of licenses, and in respect of other matters under this Act; and(h)any other matter that may be necessary for the proper administration of the Act.
