18. Forms of oath
All oaths made under section 17 of this Act or section 151 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 75) shall be administered according to such forms as the Chief Justice may by rules of court prescribe, and until any such forms are so prescribed such oaths shall be administered according to the forms now in use.[Act No. 42 of 1954, s. 2, Act No. 27 of 1961, Sch.]Source: Kenya Law
