41. Indemnity of occupational safety and health officer
No matter or thing done by an occupational safety and health officer shall if the matter or thing is done bona fide for the executing of the functions, powers or duties under this Act, render the officer personally liable for any action, claim or demand whatsoever.Source: Kenya Law
