72. Examination and testing of plants
Any person who, for the purposes of this Part, desires that an examination of any equipment or plant be carried out by a person approved for that purpose under this Part, and any person who desires to obtain the certificates referred to in sections 63, 64, 65, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 71 from any such approved person, may, on paymentof the prescribed fee, request such an approved person to carry out the necessary tests and examination with a view to obtaining the certificate.Source: Kenya Law
