15. Legal officers in Government Ministries, departments
(1)All State Counsel in any Government Ministry or Department shall be officers of the Attorney-General and shall be answerable to the Attorney-General.(2)The Attorney-General shall have the power to issue directions to any State Counsel with regard to the manner of performing the legal functions within their respective Ministries or Departments.
