27. Funds of the Office

27. Funds of the Office
(1)The funds of the Office shall consist of—(a)monies that may be allocated by the County Assembly for the purposes of the Office;(b)such monies or assets as may accrue to the Office in the course of the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions under the Act; and(c)all monies from any other source provided, donated or lent to the Office.(2)The funds of the Office shall be used for administrative expenses of the Office and such other purposes as may be necessary for the discharge of the functions of the Office.
