21. Practicing certificate
The Director and a prosecution counsel appointed by the Director under this Act shall, for the purposes of exercising the powers or performing the functions of the Office, be entitled to practice as a legal practitioner as if he or she were holding an unrestricted practising certificate issued under the law for the time being regulating legal practice in Kenya.Source: Kenya Law
