45. Prosecutions Fund

(1)There is established a Fund to be known as the Prosecutions Fund which shall be utilised for the following purposes—

(a)enhancement of the operational capacity of the Office;

(b)the welfare of the personnel of the Office; and

(c)any activity approved by the Office.

(2)The sources of finance for the Fund shall be—

(a)allocations by National Assembly;

(b)grants and donations;

(c)any other source as may be approved from time to time by the Director.

(3)The Prosecutions Fund shall be administered and managed in accordance with the law regulating matters of public finance.
