107. Tampering with public officers, etc
Any person who—(a)induces or attempts to induce any public officer, or any sailor, soldier or airman being an officer or member of any naval, military or air force for the time being lawfully in Kenya, or any servant of a local authority, to fail in his duty, or to terminate his services in the discharge of his duty, or to commit a breach of discipline; or(b)with intent to influence any public officer, or any such sailor, soldier or airman as aforesaid, or any servant of a local authority, in or in relation to the discharge of his duty, or to cause him to fail in his duty, or to terminate his services in the discharge of his duty, or to commit a breach of discipline, refuses or threatens to refuse to deal or do trade or business with, or to supply or render, in the ordinary course of his trade or business, any goods or service to, any person, is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
