251A. Insulting modesty by forcible stripping
A person who intentionally insults the modesty of any other person by forcibly stripping such person, commits an offence and is liable, upon conviction, to imprisonment for a term not less than ten years.[Act No. 5 of 2003, s. 47.]Source: Kenya Law
