10. Minimum and maximum pensions
A pension granted to an officer under this Act shall not be less than two thousand shillings or such other amount as may be specified by the President from time to time, but shall not exceed the full pensionable emoluments drawn by the officer at the time of his retirement.[Act No. 7 of 1990, Sch., Act No. 9 of 2007, s. 31.]Source: Kenya Law
