22. Termination of accumulations

22. Termination of accumulations

(1)The foregoing sections of this part shall not affect the right of a beneficiary of full age and capacity who has an absolute vested and indefeasible interest in property at any time to require the transfer of the property to him and the termination of an accumulation.

(2)Section 4 shall apply to any question under this section.
