24. Validity of dispositions in favour of charities

(1)No charitable disposition shall be invalid by reason of non-compliance with the provisions of section 6; but such a disposition shall, unless it is to take effect on the failure or determination of a previous charitable disposition, take effect, if at all, within the perpetuity period.

(2)Section 19 shall apply to the income of a charity.
